BBC Local Radio

I've listened to most of the Alt/Rock/unsigned BBC programmes now. The funniest (should that be worst?) is Radio Oxford: I've never heard anyone who knew less about the music or listened to so much schoolboy sniggering. The best general alt listening is probably Radio Newcastle's show The Northern Uproar. The best for unsigned bands is the Yorkshire one (played on Radio Leeds/Humberside/Sheffield)Raw Talent.

So, hours of listening every week - that nearly makes up for the loss of the John Peel show (but not for the loss of the man) and the lack of Indie on Radio One.
