BBC Radio on the web

I've been checking out BBC Radio. I was just listening to a comedy programme and when that was finished I looked for some music. I'm used to listening to Radio 6 and other broadcasts such as the Gang of Four documentary. This time I clicked on a "Rock and Alt" banner and it led me to a listing of all the local radio shows that feature local unsigned/little known bands. I'm just listening to Radio Oxford but there's Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield and others waiting for me.

Most of these local radio stations have one hour a week devoted to local bands and it's great to be able to listen to them at all, let alone whenever I feel like it.
