This Et Al and Downfall
Two CDs arrived today both from the happening place.
This Et Al confirm with their next single Wardens (out 28th November) that they are one of my three favourite bands of the moment. So they join iLiKETRAiNS and Scaramanga Six but of all three they are the band that makes me want to do a jerky dance to. I was just bopping around while doing the ironing. I was sad to miss them at Manchester's In The City but iLiKETRiNS finished late and I couldn't get to see them.
Downfall are also from Leeds so they have a lot to live up to. Punky with attitude and a straightforwad rockiness to their songs. I shall listen some more.
