Cyclone Pink

I got an email from the band so I checked out Cyclone Pink. They have an EP coming out called Approaching Town and all the tracks are on MySpace. Their sound hearks back to earlier times (70s/Pavlovs Dog) but in a really good way. Their singer, Adam Hollos has a great voice (think Puressence/The Tides) with a perfect vibrato. The other main ingredient in the mix is some spectacular guitar work from James Mazur - we are talking fuzzed, psychedelic solos/wanderings interplaying with the vocals. Very promising.
