Always nice to find someone who links to my blog. I wonder how ShAyChAeL/AzMi found me - I suspect there may be a Triple Whip connection there through Kung Fu? Anyway, I'm very glad he did because he has a video on his blog that is just brilliant. My 5 year old is learning Tae Kwon Do and it is just brilliant for co-ordination and confidence. He is of course obsessed by it. I'm going to show him this video - it is just a great combination of athleticism, music, and sheer physicality. Enjoy.
