The Last Men In Europe by Initial Prayer

Heavy, industrial soundscapes that could have been produced at any time since the mid-80s. This is probably the CD I most wanted to review out of my awaiting pile. But I'm afraid I couldn't find the words. They play doomy and dark experiments in guitar/synth that lower the temperature in the room by 5 degrees. I used to listen to a lot of music with similarities to this (Swans/Throbbing Gristle) and it's nice to be reminded that it still is being made. I am wondering whether the title is a doff of the cap to Olaf Stapleton (the SF writer).
